LUZANTA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
  • CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS/DATA)
  • DELAYS FROM FORCE MAJEURE EVENTS
  • DAMAGE FROM USER MISUSE/IMPROPER HANDLING
  • TOTAL LIABILITY CAP: 100% OF ORDER VALUE

8. Termination

Either party may terminate with written notice. Active orders survive termination.
